I´m a floating voter in your constituency. I need the answer (yes or now would be brilliant!) to the following two questions before I decide:


1. Would Labour in government consider or allow pay cuts of any kind to lower paid (< 50,000 euros say) public servants? By paycut I include increases in the so-called pension levy)

2. Would Labour in government consider or allow compulsory redundancies in the public service?

I would like to know what your feelings are on how you might work to help improve the Dublin 8 area for children? Also I have just a few questions regarding education in our area...

1. 92% of schools in Ireland are Catholic-run. Yet the huge waiting list for the only multi-denominational school in this area (Portobello Educate Together) shows that local parents want choice. What can you do for us?


2. What is your party’s position on the transition of an existing Catholic school to a multi-denominational school in this area? What will you do to make it happen?


3. What will you do to publicly show your support for the Portobello Educate Together school start up group?

What is your party´s policy on abortion?

What are your own views if different, and lastly which way would you vote? (Is it policy to use the whip for moral issues?)

I have always being a Labour voter and would like to ask

1. What is the parties view on our natural resourses i.e. The Corob gas field which should have belonged to the people of the country.

2. Would Labour look to either take th egas field back into public oner-ship or find a way of maximising the resourse by placein a landing tax on shell on every liter of gas which passes into Ireland

3. Who was responsible for giving the gas field away. (in my view the equivelant of winning the lotto and givening it to some bloke in the pub for the price of a few point).

4. What is the parties view on every large salerys and pension handed out to ministers.

5 How will the party clean up politics.
