Hi Mark,

Tá súil agam go bhfuil tú go maith.

I live in Westbrook Lawn in Balbriggan and would like to get your opinion on the questions below when you have a chance. There is no need for a long answer - Yes or no will do.
Táim i mo chónaí i bPlásóg na hIarghlaise, Baile Brigín agus ba mhaith liom do thuairim a fháil ar na ceisteanna thíos. Níl aon ghá le freagra fada, is leor Sea nó ní hea leo!

Má thoghtar tú,
• An dtacóidh tú Gaelcholáiste nua a chur ar bun i mBaile Brigín ag oscailt mí Meán Fómhair seo chugainn don 450 duine atá ar liosta cláraithe an choiste áitiúil (tá suíomh oiriúnach i mBaile Brigín ag an roinn Oideachais cheana féin)?
• An dtacóidh tú leis an nGaeilge a choinneáil mar chroí-ábhar don Ardteist a dhéanfaidh gach mac léinn staidéar uirthi?
• An dtacóidh tú le cur i bhfeidhm Straitéis 20 Bliain don Ghaeilge 2010 – 2030 ina hiomláine?

If you are elected,
1. Will you support the establishment of a Gaelcholáiste in Balbriggan starting September 2011 catering for the 450 students registered on the local establishment committee (the Department of Education have a suitable site for a secondary school in Balbriggan already)?
2. Will you support maintaining Irish as a core Leaving Certificate subject that all students study?
3. Will you support the full implementation of the 20 Year Strategy for the Irish Language 2010 – 2030?

My responses are as follows:

3. I have not read this document and would need to do so before offering an opinion.

Regrettably, owing to family and campaign commitments I am unable to attend tonight´s meeting.
