Hi Seán,

You´ll be getting a preference off me seeing as your local. But do you now think it would have been wiser to stand for the council elections first and building your profile before going for the Dáil?

Did you stand for FG previously?

Hi ,

In 1999 i was approached by Fianna Gael to represent them in the local elections. At the time the bin charges and planning permission for phone masts were huge issues. I was told by the party that if elected I would have to vote in favour for these and several other unpopular decisions. I point blank refused because of my personal and moral views. So I walked away.
