Dear Kathleen,

there are rumours that Coillte will be sold under the FF/EU/IMF deal. What is your stand on selling the state owned Land-based asset to private investors in order to pay the wolf on the door? (Banks, Eu, IMF, FF miss management)

Are you a supporter of protein imports? Or would you strengthen the indigenous cultivation of vicia faba minor and pisum sativum?

Which energy crops, if any, would you support in your constituency?

Do you know the difference between compost and slurry? please explain

Will You support in the Future Emoan O´Cuve Scheme for small Farmers and Fishermen? (RSS)

What do you think you can bring to Carlow Kilkenny if elected?
Thank you for reading and I suppose responding

Issue financial crisis

Hi Kathleen,

Sinn Fein are preaching a lot of solutions on how to deal with the current financial crisis, they have come up with numerous fiscal solutions also for our economy which you are no doubt familiar and well versed with.

Now let´s get straight to the point, why should we involve a party in fiscal policies that can´t offer any paper trail for it´s own inner financial workings?

It´s common knowledge that if you are elected as A TD for the area, you will have to fore go half your salary to the party. Sinn Fein has carried out an aggressive fund raising campaign outside of Ireland. For example, the Irish Independent as of Sunday 30th of January reported that,

" On November 4 last, for instance, Mr Adams -- who is due to contest the forthcoming election as a candidate in the Louth constituency -- was billed as the host for Sinn Fein´s annual $500 per plate fundraiser at the exclusive Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers in the heart of Manhattan".

Yet your party spokesperson on Finance Pearse Doherty, has indicated that the party is under financial strain and despite obvious raising of funds, they don´t seem to be available to promote their candidates in the election.

Can you offer evidence of a paper trail as to where all this money is actually ending up?

With your party´s current practices, you cannot disagree that it would be deeply unnerving to allow any member of your party near public finances.

Thank You.
